Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a creative and customer-focused Business Development Admin to be the face of our dealership online and in person. This role blends social media content creation, inventory marketing, and customer service, thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and supporting our marketing and sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in a receptionist or admin role, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1+ year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and video fresh inventory, updating website and listings promptly.
• Create social media posts, reels, and videos.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and Google reviews.
• Attend weekly BDA marketing meetings to stay current on brand strategy.
• Conduct sales lot audits to ensure proper signage and branding.
• Post stock stickers, buyer's guides, and key tags on new inventory.
• Greet visitors and collect customer information for the sales team.
• Register sales warranties with the factory.
• Answer multi-line phones professionally when needed.
