AMS Solutions – Business Developer Job Description:

AMS Solutions, Inc. is a full-service revenue management company for health care practices. For over 30 years, we have been focused on being a superior medical billing solution for the health care industry. We are currently seeking a Business Developer to help us add more health care practices to our team. This position is a remote position that can be done anywhere in the US.

The goal of this position is to increase sales revenue by prospecting for new medical healthcare practices to solicit medical billing services. This person will have access to sales/marketing resources, the company CRM, and some inside sales leads, but most of the new clients will come from new opportunities that you create.

You will report to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new health care practice clients for medical billing services

Add qualified prospects into the CRM system (HubSpot) and work through sales process

Successfully transition the account into the New Practice Setup process

Work with Billing Onboarding Manager to gather all necessary information for new client implementation

Hit monthly sales goals as mutually agreed

Qualifications:

Experience in sales prospecting and cold calling

Experience in driving sales pipeline from lead generation to closing the sale

Some travel may be necessary based on location and what is needed to close the sale

Experience working in a CRM platform to manage sales activities

Passionate about selling and building new relationships

Ability to communicate about the medical billing service and the unique value proposition

Ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve sales results

Must have a computer with internet access and mobile phone to communicate
