Qualifications

• 5 years of proven manufacturing experience
• Advanced knowledge in metal cutting
• CAD/CAM proficiency: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX and/or Mastercam
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills for basic manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Identify target accounts and develop account penetration strategies
• Assist sales with opportunity qualification, application assessments, and strategic account development
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering on customer-focused solutions
• Serve as the technical authority for assigned products and applications
• Define product strategy, positioning, and roadmap aligned with objectives
