Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify target accounts and develop account penetration strategies to increase wallet share and strategic positioning.
  • Assist sales teams with opportunity qualification, application assessments, and strategic account development.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop customer focused solutions.
  • Serve as the technical authority for assigned products, materials, and target applications.
  • Define product strategy, positioning, and roadmap aligned with company and market objectives.
  • Track and report key performance indicators including revenue growth, new customer acquisition, quoting activity, pipeline development, product adoption, and profitability improvements.
  • Support the development and launch of new products, including end mills, drills, reamers, burrs, routers, and specialty round tools.
  • Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, technical conferences, customer events, and professional organizations to increase market visibility and generate new opportunities.

This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to drive sustainable business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and capture new market opportunities.The Business Development Manager analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to develop strategies that align with the organization's business objectives .
