Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in Iowa is seeking a Business Center Claims Manager to lead the inside claims unit. You will supervise claim service representatives across the state, drive training, management, and compliance, and establish procedures for handling claims.

• Associate in Claims (AIC) and IIA designations required. Continued progress toward and achievement of industry designation/education is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional customer service skills.
• Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of tort law is required.
• Travel may be required (including overnight).

What You’ll Do
