You will lead a team, develop talent, and build strong relationships with customers and ecosystem partners to deliver a differentiated client experience across in-branch and technology-enabled channels.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
• Leads, plans and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
• Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience.
• Drives the employee experience, including onboarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
• Manages risk, regulatory compliance and establishes policies to mitigate sales practice risk.
