Are you ready to join a renowned business brokerage firm with over 40 years of experience? Look no further! We're expanding our team and actively seeking talented individuals to join our organization. Transworld Business Advisors, a subsidiary of Prospere Companies and the top player in the business brokerage industry across Colorado, Austin, Dallas / Fort Worth, Waco, and Las Vegas, offers four business broker positions to help us further expand our presence and dominance in the Colorado market.

A business broker plays a vital role in representing sellers or buyers in selling or purchasing a business. Your role is to find businesses to sell and manage the deal from start to finish. The goal is to have 15 businesses for sale in 15 months, which requires being well-connected, loving networking, and actively building and maintaining relationships. At the REAL #1 firm in Colorado, we have over 250 businesses for sale, allowing you to find and represent buyers for any of them.

If you have a strong work ethic, dislike micromanagement but enjoy being part of a team with proven processes, genuinely love helping people, thrive in networking groups, have an entrepreneurial mindset with income goals of $500K+/year (and are willing to work for it), then read on.

Compensation and growth potential:
  • Year 1: $50K-$150K
  • Year 2: $150K-$300K
  • Year 3: $300K-$500K
  • Year 4: $500K-$750K
  • Year 5: $750K-$1M+
