Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• Proficient in data analysis to identify trends and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for Business Banking.
• Partners with Citi product teams to align initiatives with standards and client expectations.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves implementation issues in a timely manner.
• Advises business partners and manages escalations for complex sales/service matters.
• Represents frontline voices to product, marketing, and technology groups.
• Analyzes sales data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Creates training materials, guides, and communication templates.
• Coordinates with partners to streamline processes and improve support infra.
