Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Finance Rotation Program Analyst to begin a two 13-month rotation sequence designed to expose you to core finance functions. You’ll gain hands-on project experience in forecasting, analysis and strategic initiatives while developing strong accounting knowledge.

You’ll be mentored by leaders and peers, building a professional network and practical finance acumen through formal training and real-world assignments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027.
• Basic understanding of financial or accounting terms, concepts, and applications.
• Ability to start full-time rotational program on July 12, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience working on projects that impact the business, including forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, reporting, strategy, and process improvement initiatives.
• Enhance your accounting knowledge and skills as you learn the nuances of corporate finance and how it supports business strategies.
• Develop finance and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
• Build a supportive community of peers through cohort activities and onboarding support.
