Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help business clients achieve their goals.

You will develop new client relationships, deepen partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, deposits, payments, and merchant services. As a trusted advisor, you’ll manage a portfolio, obtain credit approvals within limits, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while growing your own career in a high-impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting and developing relationships with businesses generating $10MM+ in annual revenue.
• Commercial lending experience (C&I, SBA, CRE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and building a book of business.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions to create long-term relationships.
• Assess clients’ banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposit, lending, treasury management, and other banking solutions.
• Proactively manage an assigned portfolio with strong credit quality and renewals.
