Job summary

PNC in Cincinnati is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to grow the bank's business client base in the local market. You will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations and manage the full sales cycle, coordinating with partners to bring the full range of PNC products to clients.

You will build COI relationships, manage risk, and drive client engagement while supporting diverse business segments in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required (Bachelor’s)
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
• Experience with credit processes and risk management
• Ability to build client relationships and cross-sell

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships and manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients; identify and mitigate risks.
• Focus on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being and increasing engagement.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire/expand clients and present the full range of PNC products.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per policies.
