Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products; understanding varies by industry/market.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 100–130 business clients with revenue $1–$5M; credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Promote solutions across banking products to meet client needs and profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; manage relationship strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to grow primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals.
• Support branches and manage risk by following compliance protocols.
