Job summary

You will manage 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million, providing financial guidance and risk-aware banking experiences.

Build relationships with prospects and existing clients, coordinate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch teams, and conduct in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners at all levels; ability to balance needs with risk

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide banking solutions and credit opportunities up to $500,000
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions that best serve the client and portfolio profitability
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business; follow relationship development process
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships
• Identify client personal financial goals and connect them with partners across lines of business
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhering to regulatory risk management protocols
