Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with revenues of $1–$5 million. You will provide financial solutions, education, and advice to improve client experience while managing risk.

You will build relationships with clients and partners across lines of business, delivering customized solutions and leadership to support branches and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Understanding of core business products and services with knowledge of industry practices.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Strong risk awareness and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; handle credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Identify solutions balancing client needs, profitability, and risk.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects and COIs; review strategies with manager.
• Develop new business by cultivating long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Support branches and adhere to regulatory risk management.
