Job summary

Stock Yards Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to drive loan production and deposit growth through proactive outside calling and consultative relationship management of business clients (revenues up to $5 million).

Responsibilities include credit analysis, portfolio management, and collaboration with Branch Managers to expand regional business relationships. Travel between branches is required.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree required (finance/accounting preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a banking relationship manager role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize formal calling plans to target new business and expand existing Business Banking clients (75%).
• Perform credit analysis and portfolio management for assigned business banking relationships.
• Maintain credit quality and process renewals and past dues in a timely manner.
• Serve as the Business Banking expert for assigned Branch Managers in the territory.
• Create partnerships with Branch Managers to build and expand area business relationships.
• Assist with analyzing business financial statements, identifying strengths and weaknesses of loan requests.
