Job summary

Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow and manage relationships with business customers up to $5 million in revenue.

You will lead consultative, needs-based banking discussions, develop targeted calling plans, and work to expand deposits and loans across the branch network. Responsibilities include credit analysis, portfolio management, maintaining credit quality, and partnering with branch managers to grow the business in the territory.

Qualifications

• College degree required or preferred in business, finance, or accounting.
• Strong sales, credit underwriting, and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess loan requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop calling plans to target new business and expand existing client relationships (75%).
• Perform credit analysis and portfolio management for assigned business banking clients.
• Maintain credit quality, renewals, and past dues promptly.
• Serve as expert for branch managers within the territory.
• Collaborate with branch managers to grow area businesses.
• Assist with analyzing financial statements to identify strengths and weaknesses of loan requests.
