Responsibilities

• Sourcing, securing, developing, and retaining profitable business banking relationships within the assigned region.
• Identify lending opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Collaborate with credit group on new credit requests and renewals.
• Maintain and grow relationships; monitor portfolio performance and report on portfolio health.
• Partner with branch network to drive engagement and growth across product lines.
