Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of banking experience, specifically in business, community and/or commercial banking.
• Driving may be required; valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large client loan portfolio by building relationships and cross-selling loan, depository, and Treasury Management products.
• Present deals to credit officers and negotiate terms while monitoring operating performance via monthly/quarterly loan reports.
• Identify opportunities to meet client needs and deliver tailored banking solutions to support business growth.
