Job summary

Plains Commerce Bank is seeking a banking professional to assist clients with daily transactions, support senior bankers, and develop tailored financial solutions. Qualifications

• Three to five years of prior lending experience preferred.
• Customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail in transactions and records.

• Sales and cross-sell banking products to clients.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and cross-selling banking products.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct financial analyses and assist with credit assessments for loan applications.
• Contribute to growth of loan and deposit books by identifying lending opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and follow up on loan applications and ensure timely processing.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
