Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years banking center experience preferred, including customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of banking products and services including deposits, lending and other financial services
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment to accomplish many tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak concisely

Responsibilities

• Establish, retain and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies and performing efficient and accurate banking transactions
• Uncover the needs of new and existing customers and refer them to solutions and experts within the bank
• Proactive customer outreach aligned to high-touch engagement model
• Proactive phone calls to existing and prospect customers
• Open accounts for walk-ins and coordinate legal account documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in community outreach events to increase bank presence and foster new business opportunities
• Contribute to operational duties and ensure compliance with bank policies
