Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive, tailored solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across levels.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~80–100 business clients with revenue >$5MM; facilitate deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Identify opportunities, leverage referrals, and coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual meetings to expand primary banking relationships.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
