Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and banking products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and know when to elevate.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients.
• Identify and promote solutions that serve client needs and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals and mitigate risk.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
