PNC is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for the Austin Market to coach a sales-focused team and guide credit decisions while expanding client relationships. The role prioritizes risk awareness, strategic planning, and delivering a best-in-class banking experience.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or higher.
• 8+ years of industry experience; 5+ years of management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, comparable education/certifications/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals, with potential direct sales responsibilities.
• Leads daily activities of team members in customer/prospect management, coaching to strategy and tactics, and developing account/sales plans.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new/existing clients, identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Develops senior relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, leveraging PNC's products and services.
• Develops team members and monitors progress against goals, mentoring top talent and handling performance matters.
• Coaches on skills to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk and lead credit requests.
