Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Banking Specialist in Jacksonville, FL, to drive share-of-wallet growth for consumer and business clients with under $2M revenue. You will lead referrals, manage client relationships, and collaborate across partners to provide tailored banking solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive sales, exceptional client experience, and adherence to risk and branch operations policies. In-office position at Skinner Lake branch with standard branch hours.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Background checks as required by regulatory and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead management and referral generation to grow Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch with COI and partners.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience through tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments and investing.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand client wallet share and referrals.
