Job description

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Middle Market Relationship Manager, helping transition the bank further up-market. In this role, you’ll be a true client advisor — not just a lender — bringing the full power of the bank to middle market companies with $10MM+ in revenues and $3–5MM+ borrowing needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead, delivering a full suite of solutions across treasury management, FX, wealth, insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Originate and structure loans in the $5MM–$10MM+ range, collaborating with internal partners.
  • Hunt and build new client relationships while growing an existing portfolio.
  • Drive value through syndicated and club deal opportunities.
  • Operate with a team-first mindset: aggressive in business, selfless in approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in banking, ideally a blend of business and commercial banking experience.
  • Strong credit skills with experience in complex deal structures, including syndicated or club deals.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and deepen client relationships.
  • Existing Cincinnati market ties and a potential book of business are highly desirable.
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role over time.
