The AAIE Business Assistant will report to the Associate Director and AAIE Business Affairs, and will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative duties for the business and information management of the AAIE department of Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, which encompasses work with Pre‑K through 12 schools, older adult programs, AileyCamps, National Outreach, and other community programs. Information management includes processing payroll, contracts, and invoices; tracking expenses and budgets; tracking statistics; preparing reports; and managing data‑entry for all AAIE programs.
Candidates should be extremely organized and detail oriented, self‑motivated, a personable team player, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
