Job summary

Legrand, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures, seeks a Business Applications Analyst for Commercial Systems to support the Integrated AV Division. You will partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and own key commercial systems.

Responsibilities include backlog management, system enhancements, integrations, and SDLC activities to improve data quality, user experience, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field.
• 4+ years in business systems analysis, application ownership, CRM administration, or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP-connected processes, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tech solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Own commercial systems and ensure applications meet business needs and deliver value.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize enhancements, coordinate vendor activities, and contribute to roadmaps.
• Support integrations across Salesforce, SAP-connected processes, and other enterprise apps.
• Lead or coordinate technology initiatives and SDLC-related activities.
