• Experience evaluating AI/automation intake requests from business stakeholders and translating requirements into IT strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of business processes across Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Zuora CPQ, Service Cloud, and Communities
• Serve as the primary business systems analyst and SME for Salesforce and Zuora platforms
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and IT to gather requirements and translate into specs
• Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and gap analyses to identify improvements
• Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and consultants to design and implement Salesforce solutions
