Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Business Applications Analyst, Commercial Systems to support the applications, integrations, and processes used by Sales, Service, Marketing and other customer-facing teams. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and external partners to translate needs into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

You will own commercial systems, manage backlogs, define roadmaps, and lead enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in business systems analysis or CRM administration.
• Experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, or similar commercial functions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, system integrations and ERP processes (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own commercial systems including backlog, roadmap, and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other apps.
• Lead or coordinate SDLC activities and project plans.
• Promote data governance and continuous improvement.
