Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to support sales & marketing systems, with emphasis on Salesforce. You will gather requirements, align processes globally, and drive system improvements across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on Salesforce experience. Based in Lund, travel may be required, and you will join a dynamic, globally collaborative team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Hands-on Salesforce experience and system implementation knowledge.
Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and document user stories.
Experience with UAT and testing of new system functionality.

Responsibilities

Drive business analysis for sales & marketing systems with a focus on Salesforce.
Map processes and ensure global alignment with process owners.
Translate user needs into business stories and acceptance criteria.
Verify technical acceptance criteria and test changes prior to release.
Lead projects and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
