The ideal candidate will support application issues, improve user experience, and develop training materials. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, excellent communication skills, and experience in software testing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications and incident management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
