You will document ERP processes, promote new tools, and collaborate with IT leadership to meet project deadlines and improve business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum five years IS-related experience.
• Experience with ERP processes and business applications.
• Experience testing BI reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Consult with IT Manager, Team Leader, Systems Analysts, and end users to gather requirements.
• Assist in testing Stratix and Microsoft Power BI reporting.
• Explain new tools and concepts to end users.
• Help document ERP processes.
• Provide timely, professional end-user support across locations.
• Support improvement initiatives involving business applications.
• Meet with management on project specifics, new technologies, and deadlines.
• Multitask and evaluate urgency of requirements.
