Job summary

Diaz Anselmo & Associates is seeking a Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights. You will collaborate with management, clients, and IT to gather requirements and document workflows, aiming to improve efficiency and performance.

You will develop automated document templates and dashboards, translate requirements into reliable solutions, and support testing, UAT, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with case management systems or enterprise applications.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated document templates using document automation.
• Experience with conditional logic, data mapping, and template testing/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, integration requirements, and system dependencies.
• Elicit and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to validate needs.
• Analyze current workflows and data exchange processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Create process flow diagrams and business process models.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop, code, test, and maintain automated document templates with conditional logic.
• Troubleshoot document-generation issues involving templates, data mapping, and formatting.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business goals.
• Support ongoing efforts to improve processes, systems, and workflows.
• Assist with test plan creation and execution; participate in UAT and validation.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
