About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and curious Business Analytics Specialist eager to develop a career in data science or analytics. If you enjoy dashboards, understand how large language models (LLMs) are transforming data workflows, and can confidently manage data in Excel, this internship is for you.

This internship offers hands-on experience working with the analytics and operations team, supporting cross-functional coordination, and translating data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in how data drives decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

1. Maintain and document metadata for dashboards and datasets to ensure traceability and clarity.
2. Monitor dashboards regularly to track performance metrics and identify unusual trends.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather data, understand needs, and communicate insights effectively.
4. Support the analytics team with ad hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
5. Extract data and derive insights from existing systems and dashboards to aid decision-making.
6. Assist in streamlining data workflows by maintaining proper data hygiene and documentation.
7. Stay informed about how LLMs and AI tools can enhance data operations.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• A student or recent graduate with a strong interest in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in modern data tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Code Interpreter).
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.
• SQL knowledge is a plus—familiarity with basic querying is valuable but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working hours: 6 hours a day

Internship period: 6 months
