We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our project of improving our Order to Cash process, focusing on reporting and dashboards for accounts receivable (AR) monitoring, collection activity, and related reports.

1. Assist in developing and enhancing reporting tools and dashboards for AR monitoring.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure transparency and communication regarding AR status and collection activities.
3. Support process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the dunning and collection processes, as well as the AR process in general.
4. Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization.
5. Document procedures and create training materials for the improved processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools Tableau and Power BI; previous experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and contribute to process improvements.
• Familiarity with D365 platform is a plus.
