Cigna is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Analyst to join the Adoption Innovation Lab team. This role involves a strong focus on data outcome analysis, process improvement, and implementing new working methods to enhance business efficiency. This role sits within the Adoption Innovation Lab team and supports the associated functional processes within the Adoption Center Organization. This position will be part of a team to design activities that assist the iteration and scaling of new capabilities to the impacted business processes/owners. Focused on proving the value of delivered capabilities stays whole through adoption by the impacted business. Rooted in analysis of expected business outcomes and associated metrics and KPIs.
Activities may include designing, building, and implementing new ways of working to achieve a more efficient and higher quality business process. This role will maintain a strong focus on data outcome analysis to design and recommend the optimal processes for the business to scale and achieve expected value targets aligned with the applicable program.
The Business Analytics Lead Analyst should be familiar with data analysis, process improvement, innovative test & learn methods, documenting and storytelling of gathered insights, implementing new automation, assisting in the development and enhancement of processes, and analyzing results to improve technology capabilities or operational processes.
