What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with delivery and operational teams to derive insights based on expected business outcomes and identify issues in associated capabilities or processes
- Monitor KPI metrics in support of business processes being tested to gather and report data
- Conduct independent and collaborative data outcome analysis to identify risks to adoption of capabilities
- Implement business activities utilizing data mining, reporting, and intelligence methods and tools
- Analyze results for trends and root causes through comparative, diagnostic, or statistical analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare data environment
- 5+ years of experience in Data Outcomes Analysis or Process Improvement (business-focused) environment
- Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong organizational skills for managing large data sets
- Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills for storytelling insights in a matrixed environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in CPF or HCPM – or Healthcare Provider Data Management systems preferred
- Knowledge of Commercial Network, Contract, and Demographic provider data elements
- Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare operations, focusing on healthcare providers and contracting
- Familiarity with Cigna systems such as Proclaim, PMHS, SANP, or Facets
