What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with delivery and operational teams to derive insights and identify issues in business processes
- Monitor KPI metrics to report on business processes being tested
- Conduct independent and collaborative data outcome analysis
- Identify risks to the adoption of capabilities based on KPI data
- Implement and support business activities utilizing data mining and reporting tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare data environment
- 5+ years of experience in Data Outcomes Analysis or Process Improvement
- Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Expert critical thinking skills with the ability to identify process enhancement opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in CPF or HCPM – or Healthcare Provider Data Management systems
- Knowledge of Commercial Network, Contract, and Demographic provider data elements
- Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare operations, particularly with healthcare providers
- Exposure to Cigna systems such as Proclaim, PMHS, SANP, or Facets
