What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with operational teams to derive insights based on business outcomes and identify issues within processes

- Conduct independent and collaborative data outcome analysis to inform process improvements
- Implement and support business activities utilizing data mining, reporting, and intelligence tools
- Analyze results for trends and root causes through comparative and statistical analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare data environment
- 5+ years of experience in Data Outcomes Analysis or Process Improvement (business-focused) environment required
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Expert critical thinking skills with the ability to identify process enhancement opportunities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Healthcare Provider Data Management systems preferred
- Knowledge of Commercial Network, Contract, and Demographic provider data elements highly preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare operations, particularly with healthcare providers and contracting
- Familiarity with Cigna systems such as Proclaim, PMHS, SANP, or Facets is preferred
