What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with delivery and operational teams to derive insights based on expected business outcomes

- Identify risks to adoption of capabilities based on data and KPI measurements
- Conduct independent and collaborative data outcome analysis
- Implement and support business activities utilizing data mining, reporting, and other intelligence methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare data environment
- 5+ years of experience in Data Outcomes Analysis or Process Improvement
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel with strong organizational skills
- Expert critical thinking skills to identify process enhancement opportunities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in CPF or HCPM – or Healthcare Provider Data Management systems
- Knowledge of Commercial Network, Contract, and Demographic provider data elements
- Strong knowledge in healthcare operations, particularly related to healthcare providers and contracting
- Familiarity with Cigna systems such as Proclaim, PMHS, SANP, or Facets
