Novacore is seeking a Business Analytics Intern for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Conshohocken, PA. The role offers paid, hands-on learning with mentorship, project work, and executive visibility in a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days, remote 2 days).

You'll build dashboards with Power BI and Excel, write SQL queries, and support analytics that drive underwriting, claims and finance decisions. Strong Excel/SQL skills help, with training provided where needed.

Formación

• Sophomore or junior student pursuing a degree in data analytics, statistics, IS, finance or math.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL and Power BI are a plus and will be trained.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking with good communication.

All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. **Our internship program will run from May 17th through August 5th.** **This is a hybrid internship with 3 days required onsite at the Conshohocken, PA, Home Office and 2 days’ work from home.** **Responsibilities:*** Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel for underwriting, claims and finance stakeholders.* Write SQL queries to pull, clean and validate data from our enterprise data warehouse.* Support data quality checks by reconciling premium, exposure and loss figures between source systems and reports.* Document data definitions, report logic and processes (process maps, requirement notes).* Assist analysts on active projects, including testing new reports and data feeds and validating outputs meet requirements.* Conduct market and benchmarking research to support program performance analysis.**Qualifications:*** Sophomore or Junior, preferred* Majors such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Math or Risk Management* Systems preferences: Excel (intermediate, required). SQL and Power BI are a plus, not a requirement.
