What You'll Do

• Gather and refine requirements for data analytics and AI use cases
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

What You Bring

• Business analysis experience supporting IT projects
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements

Nice to Have

• Data analytics or AI project experience
• Experience with digital systems or automation initiatives
• Business process modeling and process mapping experience
