Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Scrum Master in Boca Raton to own the product backlog and collaborate with business and technical teams on vision and delivery goals. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, gather requirements, and drive end-to-end experiences across customer journeys.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, mapping current and future states, and aligning multiple initiatives with stakeholders while enabling AI-driven initiatives and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or hybrid BA/PM/PO/SM roles.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating process flows, journey maps, user stories, and business docs.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with backlog refinement and team facilitation.
• Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.

• Own and manage the product backlog, translating business objectives into prioritized epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and work items
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and delivery goals
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups
• Ensure development teams remain aligned with business priorities and expected outcomes
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions that improve customer and operational outcomes
• Develop detailed requirements documentation, business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
• Create and maintain customer, employee, and agent journey maps to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Partner with stakeholders to define and optimize end-to-end customer experiences
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms to visualize workflows, experiences, and solution concepts
• Support AI-driven initiatives by developing intent maps, conversation flows, business rules, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors implementing conversational AI, virtual assistants, and automation solutions
• Help define success metrics and business outcomes for AI-enabled customer experiences
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks
• Ensure alignment across business leaders, technology teams, and third-party vendors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master role
• Proven experience gathering requirements and creating process flows, journey maps, user stories, and business documentation
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog refinement, and team facilitation
• Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Very strong Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Email, PowerPoint, Co-pilot, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, CSPO) are a plus
• Experience with conversational AI platforms, virtual agents, intent design, or related AI technologies
• Familiarity with customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives and workflow automation
• Experience using Jira, Confluence and other project management tools
• Experience using Figma, Miro or any other visualization tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
