Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst for a Miami, FL client. The role focuses on gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholder groups, then translating them into BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.

The analyst will support project planning, work with the PMO, and act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, with international travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Fluency in Italian, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong business process modeling, workflow analysis, and requirements-gathering experience.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, departments, and time zones.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
