Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Previous experience in data analysis, business controlling, or commercial reporting; retail or luxury experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills mandatory; Power BI knowledge is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights with strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities; strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sell-out and market share reports with commentary.
• Track sales versus targets, identify risks and opportunities, and support action plans.
• Develop automated reporting tools to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and strategic planning cycles by consolidating market inputs.
• Provide ad-hoc deep dives and collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales on performance analysis.

Summary

As the Business Analyst VIE for the Americas, you will translate complex commercial data into actionable insights to drive retail and market performance across North America, Travel Retail, and Latin America. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams to deliver reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance retail sales and net sales databases with rigorous analysis by country, channel, customer, and door.
• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sell-out and market share reports, including flash reports and executive summaries with commentary.
• Track retail sales versus targets, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and support action plan follow-ups.
• Monitor core KPIs and develop automated, value-adding reporting tools to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, revised budgets, and strategic planning cycles by consolidating market inputs and managing planning templates.
• Provide ad-hoc deep dives to support strategic decisions and collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales on performance analysis.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Previous experience (internship or work placement) in data analysis, business controlling, or commercial reporting; retail or luxury experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills mandatory; working knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights with strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
