ROLE PURPOSE

Ready Education is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Revenue Operations team as a Business Analyst. This role offers significant opportunities for growth, ownership, and impact. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Own creation, analysis, and distribution of sales performance reports, including new bookings, renewals, upsells, churn, and sales forecasts.
  2. Deliver key insights to senior leadership to influence company strategy and decision-making.
  3. Optimize CRM processes (HubSpot) and enable Sales & Customer Success teams to drive revenue operations.
  4. Reconcile sales data across systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  5. Support sales forecasting and reporting by analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights for revenue planning.
  6. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance sales reporting and enablement processes.
  7. Lead ad hoc projects and process improvements to enhance revenue operations.
  8. Gain experience and learn best practices from a professional FP&A organization.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance or revenue operations, preferably in FP&A, financial reporting, or a SaaS/tech startup environment.
  • Experience in SaaS/tech or startups is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for data, including data reconciliation and in-depth analysis, with the ability to extract meaningful insights.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with ownership of projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
