SAP Business Analyst, Staff - 1LMX / GTS / Remote

This strategic initiative reshapes operations and business processes to better serve customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while providing the speed, agility, and insights needed to stay ahead of evolving threats.

The 1LMX ERP Production Operations IT Team is hiring a Business Analyst to support the transformation of Lockheed Martin’s businesses using SAP S/4HANA ERP systems, focusing on SAP's Global Trade Services (GTS) module.

Responsibilities

• Apply SAP GTS expertise to facilitate system development, implementation, and sustainment.
• Collaborate across project teams to optimize processes, including system design, development, configuration, testing, and operational readiness.
• Author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, master data, reports, and custom transactions.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Guide GTS deployment leveraging your SME experience.
• Analyze business processes for improvements and system applicability.
• Support manufacturing production operations configuration.
• Perform gap analysis and system re-engineering.
• Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing, and support phases.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP GTS module/processes.
• Knowledge of SAP WM/IM and TM modules/processes.
• Experience with ERP/SAP in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to write functional specs based on requirements.
• Experience working with ABAP developers for customized solutions.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• US citizenship is required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with extended WM/IM and TM modules.
• Master Data Management experience with SAP MDG.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Jira.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP system configuration, iDoc processing, and manufacturing systems integration.
