Analyst, Revenue Operations - Integrations

Join our global team at Mitratech! We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst focused on M&A integration efforts related to our go-to-market (GTM) teams and strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity deal environment and collaborates across teams including Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance. This role is highly visible and critical for project success and deal closures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead integration efforts for our Salesforce (SFDC) instance.
  • Review, validate, and create relevant object data within SFDC.
  • Update guides, visuals, and supporting documentation.
  • Enhance and improve related processes.
  • Escalate critical challenges to leadership.
  • Ensure task outcomes align with company standards and goals.
  • Contribute to scaling governance practices.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on project updates.
  • Perform reconciliations of data and correct discrepancies.
  • Serve as SME for processes and tools used in the role.
Requirements & Skills
  • Experience in operations, deal desk, data integrity, finance, or business analytics.
  • Experience in Private Equity or high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior or executive leadership.
  • Skilled in structuring and escalating complex business situations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across business units.
  • Technical proficiency with SFDC, CPQ, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Trust-building, assertiveness, initiative, and enthusiasm.
  • Team-oriented, empathetic, and professional self-starter.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex processes.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
