Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into functional solutions. The role involves BRD/FRD creation, user stories, and close collaboration with product owners, development, QA, and business teams in a large enterprise environment.

Preferred candidates will have strong skills in workflow analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management, with experience using Jira and Confluence and a solid

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with business process modeling, workflow analysis and process improvement.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, development, QA, architecture and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to capture and understand requirements.
• Document BRDs and FRDs and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and define acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT, QA, and production implementation; maintain requirements traceability.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure correct implementation and effective communication.
