What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and support the tracking and data quality for various programs, identifying risks and communicating updates
- Assist the Arbitration Team with ongoing business process improvements and departmental initiatives
- Partner with the Vice President and Arbitration team to review facts of loss and assess liability for decision support
- Manage all details of arbitration processes and ensure timely and accurate correspondence
- Identify trends and report results to leadership to inform decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of applicable experience in a relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Access is preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle conflict effectively
- Demonstrated ability in a metrics-driven job function
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws
- SQL skills
- College degree
